How We Work
We are a team of travel professionals passionately in love with Greece — our second home, with its unforgettable landscapes and the genuine warmth of its people.

Since 1995, we have been creating tailor-made trips for individuals, groups and corporate travellers, personally selecting every service and working closely with trusted local partners.
Our direct knowledge of the country is our most valuable guarantee of authenticity and quality.

Every trip is unique and designed around the traveller’s needs — for those who wish to discover an authentic Greece, travelling independently but with the full support of an experienced Italian team.

All our services are subject to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, drafted in compliance with Italian and European legislation.

Accommodation Tax in Greece – “Climate Crisis Resilience Fee”

Since 2024, the Greek Government has replaced the traditional accommodation tax with the “Climate Crisis Resilience Fee”, aimed at supporting climate prevention and environmental recovery policies.

This fee is mandatory for all stays and must be paid directly on site to the accommodation provider. It cannot be prepaid or included in the travel package.
The amount depends on the official category of the accommodation, the period of stay, and the type of property.

April – October

Hotels 1–2★ → €2 per room per night

Hotels 3★ → €5 per room per night

Hotels 4★ → €10 per room per night

Hotels 5★ → €15 per room per night

Furnished rooms/apartments → €2 per unit per night

Furnished villas → €15 per unit per night

Houses or residences
– up to 80 m² → €8 per night
– over 80 m² → €15 per night


January – March / November – December

Hotels 1–2★ → €0.50 per room per night

Hotels 3★ → €1.50 per room per night

Hotels 4★ → €3 per room per night

Hotels 5★ → €4 per room per night

Furnished rooms/apartments → €0.50 per unit per night

Furnished villas → €4 per unit per night

Houses or residences
– up to 80 m² → €2 per night
– over 80 m² → €4 per night

This fee is collected by the accommodation provider upon check-in or check-out.
The applicable amount is set by the Greek authorities and cannot be altered or managed by the tour operator.

Travel Safe – Insurance and Assistance

All bookings with Grecia365 include a mandatory registration and handling fee (€20 per person), which covers a basic medical and luggage insurance and our 24-hour Italian-language assistance during the travel services purchased.

The medical and luggage insurance provides healthcare assistance, coverage for medical expenses, and protection in case of loss or damage to luggage, valid exclusively for the period of services booked through Karlitalia / Grecia365.

Travel Conditions and Customisation

For tailor-made packages including scheduled or low-cost flights or ferry services, the required deposit covers supplier penalties, ticket costs and insurance fees.

Travellers must carefully check the accuracy of passenger names as shown on travel documents. Any correction notified within 7 working days before departure may incur administrative and insurance reissue fees.

All quotations and confirmations specify the applicable payment, cancellation and insurance conditions. Travellers or partner agencies may request a copy of these terms at any time.

Each confirmed trip with Grecia365 is protected by:
– Professional liability insurance with UnipolSai n. 162522987
– Participation in the FOGAR – FIAVET Vittoria Assicurazioni Guarantee Fund n. 631.36.931094, ensuring traveller protection in case of organiser insolvency or bankruptcy
